The P&ID is an essential source of information in all phases of a plant's lifecycle from engineering and construction, through operation and maintenance, to decommissioning. However, this important repository of information has not been adequately exploited using contemporary tools offered by the latest available software technology. •  Establish symbols and drafting standards
• Install P&ID software (CADWorx, VPE – P&ID, or Smartplant P&ID), and P&ID live database at the client's premises and provide on-site support to make the system operational and effectively utilized
• Customize reports, forms, datasheets, loop tables, and loop templates as per as the client's standards
• Provide on-site support to convert hardcopy/CAD P&IDs into intelligent P&IDs
• Provide on-site support to maintain the database and P&IDs in its actual As-Built status.
• Do site survey; modify existing CAD P&IDs and adding intelligent process/physical information to reflect the actual As-Built condition
• Adding process, piping and instrument information to existing AutoCAD drawings
• Add As-Built equipment/instrument data into intelligent P&IDs and generate “As-Built Data Sheets”
